I was raised in the Oakland/Berkeley area of the East Bay. I got into residential sales as a REALTOR® from 9/2005 to 10/2010, then commercial sales in 2010. Then I got my brokers license in 2014. I currently have my own brokerage, Charles E Wright Commercial Real Estate & Investments. My prior office was at Roland Group Real Estate in Manteca, CA from February 2016 to January 2017. I started commercial real estate at KW Commercial East Bay in February 2010 to January 2016. The most important qualities I bring is my passion to get deals done, customer service, and a strict code of ethics. I spent two years at Merritt College in Oakland CA after getting out of the US Army in 1973. Over the past several years as a REALTOR® I have specialized in negotiating residential short sales as a listing & buyer’s agent as well as REO listing & buyer’s agent. I have completed my CCIM Intro & 101 courses on my way to getting my CCIM designation. I am currently a member/candidate of the CCIM. My specialty is 5+ unit apartments as well as other multi-tenant income property.
